Sometimes, sales people are that honest it becomes heartwarming.

Yesterday I asked a sales person how much time he spent on performing a needs analysis with his customers.

Knowing that most sales people skip this mandatory step in the sales process, I didn’t raise my expectations too high...

The answer he gave me was of such a beauty, that I wanted it to share with you:

“Well, If I let them speak it would probably take less then 10 minutes.”

Mention the “if” in this sentence... more honesty one cannot expect from a sales guy, don’t you?
